About

Alexandria Hester, MSW, LGSW, has several years of experience working with youth and caregivers. Alexandria is dedicated to supporting her clients’ mental health through working collaboratively with clients to accomplish achievable goals. Alexandria utilizes a strengths-based approach offering a safe, supportive, and judgement-free environment. Her goal is to work closely with individuals and family members to help navigate life’s challenges. She is educated in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational Cultural Therapy (RCT), and Somatic Experiencing Therapy (SE). In her spare time, Alexandria enjoys spending time outside with her dogs either camping or hiking, exploring new places and being with friends and family.

We are in network with Medical Assistance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners, UCare, Optum and Cigna. If you have questions about coverage, please contact our office.

Sliding fee program

A sliding fee discount program for people with limited financial means, whether uninsured or underinsured. Eligibility is based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
